"Process of Review for Violations" document :

The following is the process that is followed when a person's membership or participation with radioActive is put under review.

> When a member or participant has a concern or complaint (based on the Grounds for Review document) about another member or participant (we will call them “the person in question”) they are encouraged to take the issue directly to the person in question if it is possible and attempt to resolve it.

> If this is not possible, or if this does not resolve the issue, the person with the
complaint should e-mail the newbie group at (newbie @ radioactiveradio dot org) and give as many details of the issue(s) and what has been done thus far.

> The newbie group will meet to discuss the issue(s) and to set up a meeting with both parties (if possible), and an appropriate mediator or two.

> During the Meeting, the issue will either be resolved or move on to the next step in the process.

> Possible resolutions of the issue(s) in this meeting are:

1. The issue(s) is adequately explained by the person in question and becomes null.

2. The person in question agrees to change their behavior(s). If the behavior(s) are not changed within a reasonable amount of time, the issue(s) will then be taken directly to the next step in the process.

3. Both parties talk through the issue(s) and feel they have worked it out on their own.

4. The Mediator(s) feel that the complaint is not valid and the complaint should then be taken to the next step in the process if the member or participant with the complaint is not satisfied with the mediator's response.

>If no resolution is come to in the meeting, The Collective Members will hold a meeting to discuss the issue(s) and make a decision. If the person in question is a collective member and not a participant, they should be present at the meeting.

>Possible decisions are:

1. The members decide that the complaint is not valid

2. The person in question agrees to change their behavior(s) and the members agree to allow them to stay with the understanding that if the behavior(s) do not change, they will be asked to turn in their key and/or leave the group.

3. The members decide that the person in question needs to return their key if they have one and step down to participant level if they are currently a member.

4. The members decide the person in question needs leave the group altogether.
