Working Group's Responsibilities
For radioActive’s 5 ongoing working groups

Tech/Web Group -
1. Fixing and maintaining the trailer equipment and
internet/phone/electricity access.
2. Determining what new equipment is needed and buying
it/installing it.
3. Running a once monthly tech training for new people
and occasional intermediate and advanced tech
trainings for participants and members.
4. Adding and maintaining all automated shows that play
on radioactive daily/weekly.

5. Maintaining website.
6. Creating new designs for the website when needed.
7. maintaining the online calendars when needed.
8. Adding new DJ's to the meet us page when they
request it and provide needed info and a picture.
9. Running occasional web trainings for members who
want to create/maintain a personal page.

Merch/Funds Group -
1. Keeping an inventory of merchindise for sale.
2. Ordering and stocking Merchindise for sale.
3. Keeping track of RASD incoming and outgoing money.
4. Coming up with/creating ( and asking for volunteers
to help create) goods to be sold (or raffled) as fundraising
materials (t-shirts, stickers, buttons, cd's, cards,
ect..)* not for giving away but for selling or raffling.

Outreach Materials Group -
1. Coming up with and creating (and asking for
volunteers to help create) materials to be used as
outreach (flyers, posters, stickers, buttons, ect..)*
not for selling but for giving away.
2. Finding unique ways to get our name/url out there
(magazines, craigslist, Imc's, news papers).
3. Coping and stocking outreach materials when needed.

Newbie Group -
1. Organizing all new people interested in
participating in radioActive.
2. Running a once monthly consensus training/new person
intro meeting and coordinating volunters from the collective
to attend so as to meet new people.
3. Tracking participants through the process to
becoming a member.
4. Assisting in anyway possible the people who are
becoming members.
5. Keeping updated contact info for all participants
and members.
6. Bringing to the collective's attention any issues that fall into the
"grounds for review" when necessary and assisting with the collective’s
"review process" by acting of keeper of information and helping to set up
mediated meetings when needed.
7. Assisting the collective members to maintain Active Participation
by looking over meeting notes/group meeting notes from time to time to look
for absent members and contact them to see if they are still wanting to participate.

Community Broadcasts Group -
1. Producing the Critical Mass Broadcast and Communities of San Diego shows on a monthly basis.
2. Coordinating volunteers from all of radioActive to
attend/help out with community broadcasts.
